So we offer Japanese tea from Shizuoka and Mie prefectures, two of Japan's famous tea-producing regions, at affordable prices.
In addition, to make the tea easy to drink, we have prepared tea-packed tea, which is commonly used overseas.

Once we receive your order, the thank you message from Omotenashi Square will be sent out upon your order to notify you that your order has been accepted but not confirmed.
We will contact you again to confirm the availability of the items in your order within three business days. A full refund will be issued if we cannot supply the items in your order or meet your requested delivery date.
How many days it would take to receive the order?
We use DHL express, the world’s leading logistics company, for delivery to most countries and usually, it takes 5 to 7 business days after it has shipped to the US or Australia from Osaka Japan. In some remote regions would take more time. You can track your shipment in real time because we will send you your tracking number for DHL express when it has shipped.

1. Shipping Delays
Due to COVID-19, shipping may be delayed significantly depending on the courier used, the timing of the purchase, and restrictions in both Japan and the destination country. Shipping may not be available for some destinations.
2. Customs Fees & Taxes
Our product prices do not include customs fees or taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot tell you the cost as they differ for each country. For more information, contact your local customs office. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us before purchasing. We will do our best to respond promptly.
3. Shipping Cost
Currently, we use DHL Express for all shipments all over the world.
It generally costs USD35.00/per item for weight below 2kg and USD54.00/per item over 2 kg to 3.5 kg shipping to the USA, Australia, and most other countries. Shipping costs may vary in the quantity of the item. And please note the total weight or the dimensional weight of the item. Even though an item weight 2kg generally costs USD35.00, the shipping cost is more expensive due to the dimensional weight.
We can estimate the shipping cost before you fill out all the necessary information on the check-out page. Please let us know the item, quantity, and delivery address so we can check the shipping cost. You can be sure how much you would pay for it before you check out.
