Are you going to redecorate your room by year end? Omotenashi-Square is responding to many customers requests, an authentic Hanging scroll has just joined our product lineups. KAKEJIKU is a Japanese hanging scroll used to display and exhibit paintings and calligraphy inscriptions and designs mounted with cotton fabric edges on a flexible backing, so that it can be rolled for storage. This KAKEJIKU with gold leaf is from Hakuichi that is the first company in Kanazawa to make gold leaf craft products. This hanging scroll is made with a special painting technique called MORIAGE GIHO that makes use of Kanazawa foil.  They use various gold leaves to subtly change the color and beautiful wrinkles are a feature of gold foil.  The color that changes depending on the light and illuminance is unique to the "Kanazawa foil" finish.  Product details:

-Please avoid decorating or storing the scroll in a hot and humid place or extremely dry place. 
-Do not touch the product with wet hands. About Kanzawa foil: Kanazawa foil, a 400-year old Kanazawa tradition. Kanazawa accounts for more than 98% of all gold foil production in Japan. Gold leaf is used in a variety of crafts, such as lacquerware and ceramics, as well as in temples and shrines with high historical value, such as Kinkaku-ji and Nikkō Tōshō-gū.
