We will contact you again to confirm the availability of the items in your order within three business days. A full refund will be issued if we cannot supply the items in your order or meet your requested delivery date.

How many days it would take to receive the order?

We use DHL express, the world’s leading logistics company, for delivery to most countries and usually, it takes 3 to 5 business days after it has shipped to the US or Australia from Osaka Japan. In some remote regions would take more time. You can track your shipment in real time because we will send you your tracking number for DHL express when it has shipped.

Our product prices do not include customs fees or taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot tell you the cost as they differ for each country. 3. Shipping Cost

Currently, we use DHL Express for all shipments all over the world.

It generally costs USD35.00/per item for weight below 2kg and USD54.00/per item over 2 kg to 3.5 kg shipping to the USA, Australia, and most other countries. Shipping costs may vary in the quantity of the item. And please note the total weight or the dimensional weight of the item.  Even though an item weight 2kg generally costs USD35.00, the shipping cost is more expensive due to the dimensional weight. 

We can estimate the shipping cost before you fill out all the necessary information on the check-out page. Please let us know the item, quantity, and delivery address so we can check the shipping cost. You can be sure how much you would pay for it before you check out.

THE MOST LUXURIOUS BATH TOWELS

It is hard to imagine a bath towel that would garnish 10 stars. Running an Airbnb business, I am very particular about the quality of towels for my guests. And we maintained an average review of the 5 star norm. Why 10 stars?
My interpretation of Japanese culture revolves around taking a daily function, like a towel or cup, and having many levels of quality. And the Japanese can take a towel to levels which we have no understanding in the US. Even the finest hotels do not have towels or even linens that compare to this towel,
For a new project, I will have these towels for my guests so they can experience 10 star quality and a piece of art…..
