Lacquered interior: (Teakettle)
Can help the body to absorb iron with daily use. Hot water boiled in an iron kettle removes chlorine, so ordinary tap water changes to a mellow taste.
Enameled interior: (Teapot)
The fully enameled interior helps preserve the taste of the tea original and pure and allows for easy care, no need to worry about rust. Do not use this enameled interior teapot on the stovetop or on the induction. (Not for use over an open flame) This teapot should only be used by having hot water poured inside of it over the tea leaves.
